Agreement
The following Terms of Use Agreement apply to the user of the KOKORO Sushi · Tapas Lounge Advantage Card. The use of any KOKORO Sushi · Tapas Lounge Advantage Card constitutes the acceptance to the terms and conditions identified in this Agreement.
Use of KOKORO Gift Dollars:
The KOKORO Gift dollars can only be used as a form of payment at participating KOKORO Sushi · Tapas Lounge restaurants. The KOKORO Gift dollars allows user to add dollars on the card for future purchases. The amount on your KOKORO Gift dollars do not expire, they are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Adding dollars to your KOKORO Gift Card
You can add dollars to your KOKORO Gift Card at any participating store of KOKORO Sushi · Tapas Lounge Advantage Card restaurants. A minimum value of $10.00 is required per new KOKORO Gift Card activation.
Use of KOKORO Rewards Account:
REGISTRATION
You need to register your profile online at https://sushikokoro.seemypass.com and link your KOKORO Sushi · Tapas Lounge Advantage Card to your profile to become a privileged member. Start by filling out the registration form to receive the activation email, then click on the link to authenticate your email and activate your membership to start receiving many benefits.
BENEFITS
All KOKORO Sushi · Tapas Lounge Advantage Card holders who are valid members will be able to obtain 5 reward points per dollar spent pre-tax at any participating Kokoro Restaurant. Plus activated members may earn promotions from time to time based on the amount of dollars spent and number of purchases conducted at the same participating KOKORO Sushi · Tapas Lounge restaurant. 100 reward points are equivalent to $1.00 (pretax).
PROMOTIONS
Promotions are offered to privileged members only and are applicable for a limited time. The promotions are emailed to members and are applicable for a limited time at the identified participating location.
LOST OR FORGOTTEN PROMOTIONS
KOKORO Sushi · Tapas Lounge Advantage Card program and Restaurants cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or expired promotions and or cards.
POINTS REDEMPTIONS
Only registered KOKORO Sushi · Tapas Lounge Advantage Card members can redeem points for future purchases at any participating KOKORO Sushi · Tapas Lounge restaurant.
TERMINATION AND EXPIRY
All KOKORO Sushi · Tapas Lounge Advantage Card and Points that have not been used for 365 consecutive days from their last transaction will be terminated and all benefits of the program will be expired.
MODIFICATIONS
The KOKORO Sushi · Tapas Lounge Advantage Card and participating KOKORO Sushi · Tapas Lounge restaurants reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate KOKORO Sushi · Tapas Lounge Advantage Card program, to alter, limit, modify or add to the KOKORO Sushi · Tapas Lounge Advantage Card program rules, regulations, terms and conditions without prior notice at any time and from time to time. As permitted by applicable law, any amendment will become effective at the time the amended agreement is posted online through www.sushiKororo.ca.
Protect your Card
You can register your KOKORO Sushi · Tapas Lounge Advantage Card online at www.sushiKororo.ca to protect the balance on the card. Your Kokoro account balances are only protected from the point in time that you notify us of your stolen, lost or damaged gift card and the identification, verification of your profile has been established.
Card Balances
You can obtain the balances of your KOKORO Sushi · Tapas Lounge Advantage Card by visiting any participating KOKORO Sushi · Tapas Lounge restaurant and or online at our website. Any time you conduct a KOKORO Sushi · Tapas Lounge Advantage Card transaction, you will be provided with a receipt (proof of transaction) clearly identifying the card’s new balance. You should validate every receipt and safe keep all of you receipts for future reference if required.
Errors
Any questionable transactional errors need to be communicated to the management of each participating KOKORO Sushi · Tapas Lounge restaurant. KOKORO Sushi · Tapas Lounge restaurant shall have no liability for any questionable transaction as transactional errors need to be identified and resolved at time of occurrence with the management of the participating restaurant location. We reserve the right not to accept, load or re-issue any KOKORO Sushi · Tapas Lounge Advantage Card if we reasonably believe that the use is unauthorized or fraudulent.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada therein.
Entire Agreement
This agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of agreement between card holder and KOKORO Sushi · Tapas Lounge restaurant, and exceeds and joins all prior agreements.
